SUNDAY
Ladies Auxiliary and Men's Auxiliary Training Seminar: Betcha Bingo Hall, corner of Shady Grove and Belt Line Road in Irving, Texas
9:45am Opening remarks by District President Carolyn Shipp
10 am Break into sessions for Training Seminar. Classes to be held include:
President class led by Beverly Snow
Secretary class led by Shirley Goletto
Treasurer/Trustee class led by Betty Odom
noon Break for lunch (sandwich/salad plate served at a minimal charge)
1pm Special called meeting - for Ladies Auxiliary members only. Men's Auxiliary will go to the VFW Post for their meeting to be led by District 3 Liaison Chairman Dennis Snow
